End To New "Spectator" Cheat

AFAIK most of these "he was diffusing bombs whilst not being there", people changing teams whilst staying alive, people teleporting to map cameras, people flying around as spectators with the ability to kill etc were all due to exploits in the way spectator mode has been implemented in Counterstrike v1.1. The simple solution was to disable spectator mode from all the servers and hopefully we should see no more of this crap (shame it wont stop other cheats).

About time Nice one.

Also having spectators is annoying, some just want to "spectate" and uneven the teams by refusing to join in -and no one else can join cause they hog the spots.
