End regen (not a whine)

Has anyone else noticed if End regen is failing to come back "on" when you get back in your shaman's range after leaving it?

For me, if I leave range it stops working (as planned), but when I get back in range, it remains "off", even though the icon shows at the top of my screen...bug? stupid planning..?

it's a 6sec pulse, which mean's u have to wait up to 6 sec's to get it reactivated
