End of the League!

I assume now that [DAD] have played everyone in our Division that that’s it for us! We will have come 2nd last once the scores are on the board (Miss Ford).

I would like to say thank you to Franky and the Admins for organising and for their time.

Ideas for next season:

It is my considered opinion that the 1st season was more fun as the clans in Div 4 (the division [DAD] was in) were more even and therefore better games were played.

This is not a dig at the clans that beat us in season 2, well played - to you all! you did a fine job, but the teams were very uneven in the divisions.

I mean =CCC= who were a Division 1 Clan in season 1, who if I am correct in saying have only ever been beaten by Wrld|, against [DAD]! the clan in 2nd last place of Division 4 in season 1. Doesn’t make much sense to me.

If things could go back to the skill divisions for season 3 that would be good, that way clans of like skill will be pitted against each other, which makes for fun games rather than slaughters.

I have looked at the scores from the other divisions and it seams that similar type games and scores have been taking place in all divisions.

This is meant to be a constructive post not complaining cause we got beaten. I wouldn't think a Sunday League football team would ever get to play Man Utd.

hmmmmmmmmmm i have to admit you have a point.i do think that season three should be discussed by all admin about what team goes in which division.i mean it's going to be far better to have =CCC=,wrld and n! in the same division.

this way not only do the "weaker" sides hate getting thrashed by a team they know they won't be able to beat,but the "stronger" sides win the division and probably feel they didn't "earn" winning the group.i'm sure =CCC= or wrld would be much happier if they won their group if they we're against each other rather than winning it with the likes of DAD *jk* lol

i think what rabbit has in mind is that this season was a "placings" season,so the winner of each group goes into division 1,second div 2 so on and so forth. that means that i think the divisions are going to be fairly well even next season.

More fun for all clans if they are matched with clans of equal strength I reckon.

But I think the point of this season was to work out the divisions, or did I get that wrong?
