Encounter problem

Anyone done the Goddes Necklace encounter?

I couldnt find the cave to take the NPCs to...

I went to the loc that VoS put (a rock on the bottom) with loads of yellow / orange con sharks swimming around, but couldn't find the actual cave :|

Any ideas?

there is a whole from the N top side of the rock. Hard to see if you aren't close enough.
