Im making a mana chanter on hib atm, and I was wondering what they are like in RvR?

Summon zealot.
Let zealot snare nuke enemies.
Anyone that comes close, stun and nuke.
Use your heat debuff after stun before nuking to make your nukes decent.
PBAE rules keep defense.

What about soloing and stuff?

I know they can kill grays by the group because my group got taken out by a Chanter when XPing in uppland

But I mean like 1v1 (me with pet ov course ). Can they kill an even con person fast or does it take some time?

Dunno if this applies much in real rvr but in the BGs 1 vs 1 my eldritch can kill just about anyone that's not a stealther in about 11 seconds (stun, nuke, nuke, nuke).
That fast enough?

Well Gobor is a damn good Chanter, sending pet to interupt my casting, snared, he runs away a little bit, turns, stuns run forward 2 pbaoe = me 1 hp left, stun wheres off, get a insta off and poff pet killed me

So he is a pbaoe chanter and playing him damn good I must add of what I have seen and experienced

i used to have a mana mentalist
stun, dot, dot, dd, dd
and that took me about 12 seconds to kill a tank if thats all I did =/
I'd figure someone who is specced in DD or PBAE should do it in under 9.

Of course, who knows with 1.53 looming..

Yes he is kinda good.

After played my 50 mana chanter in rvr for a week or 2, i feel like i can solo almost all classes.
Offcourse i will lose against many, but depends much on who attacks first etc.

And i must add that mana-chanter really is best char in game, uber in solo pvm, group pvm, solo pvp, and gorup pvp.

If i will play pvp server i will go for another chanter cus it is too uber =)

Well they sound to be quite good

Now all i godda do is get a PBaOE group together in my guild for the fast leveling!
