Nice turn out in Odins last night for the Relic Raid all, aint we all got egg on our faces now hehe.

Mental note: DG can be used to transport the relics.....and we did say so last night but no one listened. C'est la vie.

Sorry, just thought I would take ppl minds of the anti GOA thing thats been going on.

yeh i said it too hehe, way back when 1.62 just had been inserted and albs had Bled, we had broken down both doors at bled were 130 mids inside bled walls, GTAOE was working on albs at lord.

Relic went neutral.

After a while when we were at AMG blocking, some1 asked if relic could be carried through DG.
there was like 6-7 no, i said yes it can, said so in this fridays grab bag by sanya.

I got like 4-5 tells to STFU cuz i am confusing ppl, with my lies.
i did just that, my facts werent appreciated so i said nuttin more.

Well there is no more "confusion" on the matter, albs and Hibs will just have to enjoy their relics while they have em.
cuz they wont for long.

Why didnt our little zerg follow onto hib or alb to get some payback either, seems we had the ppl to do it, just not the enthusiasm. Ppl went back to PLing or farming as usual, shame on you.

Why does it take so long for all "perfect rvr" groups to get to the relic?

Me as a hunter have to run with speed of the realm between different keeps and still managed to be one of the few that was at grallar when second and third door fell.

Why cant a group with 4 savages, 2 healers, shaman and a skald be faster to get there with mach 5 speed then a hunter that run from Svasud and stealthed from arvakr -> relic keep?

It was someone in cg or alliance that asked where mid zerg was, and answere was Vindsaul... wtf, stop forming silly perfect groups and do pickupgroup or just run solo in formation its 100% better to get there before the doors are down and not when relic is neutral.

TIP of the day, it takes not even half the time to run from svasud normal speed to grallar then taking a horse from svasud to vindsaul.

Just hug left zonewall from fensalir and you are there in no time, get out of emain and find the correct route.

Just like when we lost our relic the other week when we had everyone standing round trying to get the perfect group and perfect combination of groups for over 20 minutes....

Most of the time in these situations I run solo or pick up a quick guildy group as I get frustrated by all the waiting.....

i have to agree 35 mins after rr was confirmed there was 167 mids in upplands 22 in jam 27 in ygg and 30 id odins in the time i was told (outer door at 75%) i managed to run and die at relic 2 times and was at gg when relic eventualy went neut 3 trips from upplands.
if those 160+ mids had move as a zerg directly to relic then chances are if timed with a guard pop relic would not have been lost.
mids bigest problem is the fact it takes them 25-35 mins to form up groups when speed is the key to defending relics not perfect rvr groups geting there in numbers is as stated better than not geting there at all as last night showed.
it was a harsh lession but one that had to be learnt

Dude! That's so true pal.

Same as for me. I asked several groups and they didn't let me in (I'm a hunter too if you didn't figured that out) but no one let me in ofc, I ran from svas -> grallar and there were still many ppl in Vindsaul forming groups...

I rode from Gna Faste to Natillen, ported to Svas, ran solo up fens road, bumped into other soloers, picked them up along the way, got to Odins as an FG.

At the time only 1 person was in DG, given that everyone said it couldnt be done, he left there and got ganked by albs not far`away.

When i left svas, there was 20-30 ppl still making groups, because they wanted the best group rather than just A group. This is plain stupid, its numbers that will do the best blocking, not how uber your group is nor is it supposed to be about how many RPs youre gonna get. play the team eh.
