Emain this morning

Just like to say thanks to the Albs in Emain this morning, from about 2am UK time to 7am UK time (mighta been 3am, not sure )

Molten, Ken, Regal, Temperant, Camu, and Juili I think, then later joined by Blaien and Shorti (might have missed some, a Mincer or two).

Damn nice RvR guys, was a blast.

Brilliant change just repeatidly coming up against the same (more or less) group over and over again. It became less a case of luck, more of a case of learning from any mistakes you made previously.

I think it was a very good opportunity for my group (most of whom are new or fairly new to RvR) to learn how to play in a more controlled, slower paced, and calm environment than the usual RvR we have.

Think I sneaked past you guys about 6:30am this morning. Very surprised to log in at amg, and find it already had a full group of hibs defending it at that time of day! Would have joined Blaien and co, but work called alas.

Yeah, we were having so much fun a few people were nearly unwilling to log to go to work

Jupiter and Guinnessrules got realm dings as well, so they enjoyed it.

Not often you get fights like that in emain nowdays thx to all who were there.

Aye was fun. imo when it's evenly matched the emain graveyard shift is the easily most fun rvr slot in the game...

Loadsa small grp stuff, nice repeat fights versus same foes , plenty of chances to work out tactics (or not!), get working as a team with the peeps ur running with, work up grudges against ur foes, get ur revenge, etc...

NO ZERGS!

Shame the lazy ass mids where in bed tho'

Hehehe it was great fun indeed. Used to playing my theurgist, i'm taking a lot of pleasure in trying to play my paladin as a caster bodyguard.

I kept being pleasantly surprised each time you guys kept coming back and each time you would still be there when we decided to come back. Lots of fun, and thank you for the sport!
