Emailing GOA

Tried to answer a mail from GOA the "noreply@goa.com" and i get an email back saying

have u ever mailed goa ? those times i have i have replied to that adress and there is no other reply adress mentioned in their mail but thats not the point, point is if they have some kind of problem since i have never gotten that mail before

Noreply is exactly what it says, it doesn't go back to a live email box so if you reply to it your email will not be delivered.
You should use the subscription(at)goa(dot)com email address for billing problems and RightNow for contacting us on other matters.
