I had about 1500 emails after being away for five days, although that's spread across two accounts.

Spam makes baby Jesus cry

I was getting around 150 a day to my old address, I have my own domain now though so every time I sign up for something I use a different address. So if I start getting spam to 'bbc@g3f.co.uk' I know the BBC are cheeky spammers and can just kill that address.

I dont know what sort of spam filter BT have, but I never get ANY such emails to my home computer. Not through my BT, Jolt or Hotmail addresses. When you check for messages you see it recieving, but nothing comes up. Great :)
My work one on the other hand, a .com domain handled by Easily.com with Wannadoo as adsl supplier, I get about 30 a day.

And of course it's nothing to do with you being so careless as to publically post it everywhere on public forums.

Depends on what your address is though I think. I have two pretty obvious ones.

Ich auch. I do what Gef does, so I know exactly where my spam is coming from, and it's easily blocked.
