email update on sub pages (how hard can it be)

Anyone else had this problem i have updated my email 3 times now on the sub pages , witch in turn sends a mail to your current mail on the subs page for conformation, 3 times this has been done and still goa have not updated it

i have mailed goa on right now but alas i fear it will be some time before i get a reply

anyone else had this prob, if so how long did it take to sort , if at all?

I had the same problem.

I will not comment on trying to update my subscription, since that will only raise my blood pressure.
