Email problems?

Hi everyone, a friend of mine bought daoc two days ago and subscribed about 50 hours ago.. Now the thing is that she haven't gotten her email yet, is this a known problem lately or is she just unlucky?

email to subscription @ goa.com once again, or try to register again I would say, if it says the CD key is used, then the account must exist surely.
