I would reconsider some of these artis.

Tart looks better on paper than epic staff, but ive not really played with the epic staff much so cant comment if the seconday ability is worth 1% dmg.

Nahila would be better than gov, but if you want a cheap template I guess you take gov to make stuff a lot lot easier, fair enough.

Foppish, I dont bother myself. There are some great sleeves out there like battler sleeves.

AT I would swap for EC which has better stats and passive abilites. Shame about losing the morph but with all those buttons to press youll find your always pressing stuff and seeing 'cant use another item for x mins'. Croc says caster or something that should die to me, wolf morph is much better as you could be just about any class.

zo, well I dont bother, nice intertupt tool but there are better bracers that can really pick your stats and hps up. Im sure many will disagree.

I would consider zahur crown as both charges have their uses, but its hard to fit in a mage template without going 50 overcap on int and losing something else somewhere.

As for your template, yeah its good enough for 'casual' use, but with a bit more effort and the right items you should be able to cap hits and go a bit overcap, and capping slash would be good if you can. Mages dont have a very high hp total, so a small increase in hits will give you more survability (vs all types of dmg) than a few extra percent on resists.

I have a cheap enough template that does everything well in here somewhere ... also ... with 1.85 inc u can change sc to have 45% pp or so ... check a page or 2 back

That being said ... i havent played chanter in like 2 years and logged on today with my almost finished template ... with stats similar to yours and managed in a good group 50k in 3 hours and 45+ dbs 40%+pp would be nice though
