Elementalists - WFT No Fire Spells !

Hi,

Just started an elememtalist, and I only have Earth & Cold Magic...No Fire at all.

Do we now get the Fire line when we choose to be a Wizard at lvl 5?

hasn't it always been like that?
at level 5, wizards get fire, theurgs get air.
