Eldritch ML10 template

[Xajin]

My main goal was to create a template which had the ML10 cloak included (I want the demezz!) and high powerpool.

What the template misses is 5% resist pierce, but that can be fixed when running with another player with Cloudsong. This template includes BoZ, Atlantis Tablet and the ML10 Cloak for utility.

As for the resists I don't see heat as a must have, as fire wizzies will hit straight through resists with 15% debuff + resist pierce anyway, and for spirit I don't care.

Unless you have a bugged cloak and they still work,this template is impossible. The moment you swap the robe for gov, the cloak will vanish.

Edit: As Loki doesn't show how much powerpool the template REALLY have, then I can tell it's 57/50 (50% in other words).
