I thought / was told, that the Mentalist Mezz was on a different timer to Bard mezz, that rubbish too ?

Skald mezz is on different timer from Healers mezz that is
or well, atleast it was .. dont read patch notes :x

Mythic has said in grab bag that all mezzes are on same timer. No matter what class is casting or damage type used.
