prefer my one, no verdant ring needed, though it does use a stag cloak.. most of all its very flexible.

This report doesnt contain a staff or 2nd ring, so you can set these up for how you are playing.

I use this on both my chanter and eld, usualy with a tri focus 50 staff + light skill, and a ring with skill/int/power(rog), though it varies and I swap a WS bracer out to cap +void for pve raids with eld.
