Hmm I'll take that back, seems like it's fixing only the level 5 ability?

How's the level 10 ability bugged then? Never used Eirene so I wouldn't know... It's not proccing or what?

never saw the proc in rvr combat (only like 1 time) saw it in pve combat but still it sucks imo
u need some 1 to hit ur chest and it to proc and then u need a mage withing 10 seconds on u to dmg u .... crap

edit. was using this until i got GOV and actually i dont like stats on it as we get healers stats ... if it was like heros i would use it just for look
