i dont have my char anymore but i THINK it was:

Piety 15
piety cap +5
slash 6%
thrust 6%
spell range 4%
spell damage 4%

about 90% sure thats right :>

Yes as far as I know any melee class with damage spells gets the spell-version....sucks really imo.

was really pretty gutted wehn i activated mine at the start of toa expecting the melee version..
