i might be reading the description of this incorrectly off sages, but does the lvl 10 ability mean that any class can rez ppl ?

i know that the arte is designed for clerics and friars, but it also says that all other classes get partial use... and in my twisted and evil mind, that means to me that i can res with my wizzy if i get a lvl 10 version of this arte...

Afaik, only healing classes can activate it.

Partial use = not full use, as in no ae rez
