Editing FRAP movies

Hi all

Could anyone point me in the direction of a 'free' program that allows me to edit files caught by FRAPS?

think alot use windows movie maker for that,

use virtual dub to encode it etc (free) also compresses from the silly large files fraps makes

and use Adobe premiere to edit add music and shit

I use Vegas for everything, compressing, rendering, editing, adding sound etc etc. Never understood why people bother using virtual dub.

Imo, using Windows Movie Maker look amateurish.
