Been told they're a good site, but the people they use to send packages suck... Other than that, no idea

i wouldnt bother with them, can get stuff cheaper from other places and as mentioned above they suck at getting stuff to your house, took them a week once to get me all my kit (i had paid for next day on nearly £1000 worth of bits and bobs)

I'm afraid I have to disagree with you Raven - I have got all my PC stuff for the last few years from Ebuyer and every time its been a good price and never had any DOA stuff as yet.
I ordered my new 19" TFT from them the other day, chose the 5 day free postage (sent by CityLink courier) and it arrived in 3 days. Not bad really !
Maybe I have just been lucky but I've not had any problems

Ordered stuff from Ebuyer before - always came earlier than expected.

two things have stopped me ordering from ebuyer. First i ordered a load of gear to finishing building my new system. I paid £15 for next day delivery none of it got send it all cam 2 days late a Saturday and a Monday delivered tuesday. I spoke to them on Friday said this pissed me off she said you will get it Saturday called again Saturday told i would get it Friday. I then got told i could not get a refund of the £8 extra i paid for next day delivery.
Second is i got 3 VGA leads in a week sold with a description of 15 to 15 pin straigh through. the lead i need for my tv. They allshowed up as 14 pin. each of these i complained about they said send them back but as the lead costs £3 and pstage would cost £2 whats the point. So i asked them to please look at the descriptions for the items as its wrong to which they said if you dont like the cable send it back. Ended up getting a perfect cable from maplin that was delivered next day for £2.99 could not ask for more.

can agree with u on the first one but on the second.... what did u want them to do? they offered to take it back. u didnt want to. your loss..

I bought a netgear wireless router from them a few weeks ago and it was utter rubbish , i requested a RMA and they sent a courier to collect it the next day ( i didnt get charged for this) , got a full refund a few days later.
Ive bought stuff off ebuyer for years and ive never had a problem with them till the router , which tbh was handled very well on thier part.
