I just got this e-mail from ebay:
Dear Louise c Arnold
We appreciate that you chose eBay to list the following items(s):
6338341877 Jungle Burger - RARE deleted animated adult VHS PAL
However, your listing(s) were not properly categorised due to the mature adult
content. Although the listing(s) had already ended on its own, it has since
been removed from the site and all fees associated with this listing(s) have
been credited to your account.
In determining whether the item is appropriate for the general categories, we
consider the overall content of the listing including pictures and text. For
example, if an item description leads us to believe the content of the listing
is adult in nature as defined by
our Mature Audience policy, that item will be ended. Please note that blocking
the "risque" parts of an image will not exempt the item from these standards.
Our current Mature Audience policy also states, in part:
"Adult" or "sexually-oriented" material includes, but is not limited to:
Any visual representation of human genitals presented in such a manner as to
suggest sexual activity.
Any visual representation of any form of sexual intercourse involving humans.
Any materials which require that individuals be eighteen (18) or older
(depending on the jurisdiction) to view or purchase those materials. Any
materials clearly designed to sexually arouse the viewer/reader. Any items
which, because of their nature or because of the item
description, appear to be designed for use in sexual/adult activity. Any items
which depict human sexual characteristics in a degrading fashion.
Any item that portrays frontal nudity will normally be treated as "adult"
material, with limited exceptions.
For your convenience we have included a link to our Mature Audience policies:

Please view our guideline page for a better understanding of our auction
guidelines and how they affect the way you list your items:

Any future listings that are not in compliance with our Mature Audience
guidelines will be ended early and repeated violations may jeopardise your
account status.
We value you as a member of our community and wish to continue this
relationship. Therefore, we respectfully ask that you abide by eBay's Listing
Policies and User Agreement in the future.
We thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Seriously, there are LOADS of these selling on ebay, and its a cartoon with Bill Murray and John Belushi providing voices. Okay, so its rude, but it's not RUDE. The only way I think they can use these rules to ban the sale is this part "Any materials which require that individuals be eighteen (18) or older
(depending on the jurisdiction) to view or purchase those materials." which means they can't sell, oh say, any videos ranging from Robocop to Requiem for a Dream. They say they weren't catagorised properly, but its where all the other copies are, and I stated as a sub genre "adult". On the upside, the say they'll refund all my fees, but on the downside it seems a bit heavy handed. Would someone have had to report me for this to happen?
