its behind the sacrelium or whatever its called in the inevitable city and its not hidden either.
just run straight through the arena and behind the quest giver to find the path leading to the portal that takes you there.
i got 3 different things in around 10 times.
1, a boat in the sky.
2, a a small island.
3, old medievil like city.
