Im respecing my theurg to 45 earth rest ice.

i can aoe root for a little, and my PBT will keep tanks alive, however i intend this charachter to be very supportive, im not planning on him to get uber RP's

Is indeed a great spec for a supportive theurgist. If you like to be the dedicated EB/haste/PBT-char you are perfectly specced. For PvE it's nice to have a theurg like that aswell. However I think a 10 sec PBT with nuking is in PvE even better since he's just as good as a 2-3 levels lower fire-wiz with his dmg-dealing (sometimes even better) with as little nice extra PBT.

For RvR 6sec PBT is nice, but I doubt tanks will often die due to melee-engages. Think most tanks get killed by magic on average, so I doubt 6 sec PBT will make a hell of a chance for the tanks in RvR. We'll see
