DVD Releases

It would seem that the time its takes for a film to get from cinema to DVD is getting less with a number of big titles due out in the run up to Christmas:

T3
The Matrix Reloaded
X-Men 2
The Hulk
Indiana Jones Trilogy Box Set

It would also seem that the gap has mainly disappeared between region 1 and 2 releases and that with increased competition between stores you can find many good deals on older DVDs.

You didn't really mean to include that did you ? This has got to be the longest between cinema and DVD release ever !

Just my point as a big release, not so much a short time between cinema and DVD

It's got better but for the non-blockbuster films it's still a few months lag sometimes.
