dvd/cdrom drive?

I'm thinking about getting myself a scsi DVD/CDrom player.
Does anyone have one of these babys? What are they like?

All DVD drives can read CD-ROMs, are you sure you don't mean a DVD/CD-RW ?

Unfortunately mines IDE, so I can't answer it anyway

Seriously go for IDE! Much cheaper, and your M/B has probably got a nice free IDE slot

aha, well if all dvd drives are automagically cdrom drives too...then I'm looking for a dvd player
and hopfully scsi as I'll be taking out my scsi ultraplex cdrom unit and it would fit right in the vacent slot on my scsi cable
Indeed, Quicksolv, my mobo has all it's ide slots free...you can guess why
