This is dutch tv show, in left you can see the guy talking to a couple, who are the guests of the show. The huspand has lost his privates in hospital - as the surgeon had it removed by accident (something else was supposed to be removed and not that).

Seems that by removing his privates can make one's voice bit higher.

Was funny for the announcer atleast - I'm not commenting what are my thought of this movie, but check it out at:
