Hello,

I've not been on here in a long time.

Is anyone interested in this game? It looks ok, I think I'm more interested in the idea of combining casual and hardcore gaming across two genres and two platforms. Very cool i think.

Anyone have any thoughts or opinions?

always wanted to play EVE but i really dont have the time to play it. tis looks intresting if they can pul it off

They were talking about bringing it to the PC aswell, hopefully they will so that I can back up my EVE playing mates. The main game is too time intensive for me to, even scratch the surface.

The game is in development hell, 3-4 years in development and still no release date. Loads of features have been pulled and it looks like a generic shooter now.

The problem is that console gamers do not have the patience to play a long game. How long does any shooter last on a console? 6 months? 1 year? Before something shinier comes along and takes all the players.

It just won't work in an MMO setting, especially one such as EVE.

its not just fps games on consoles pc suffer from that too. in the past we had content and map packs released for free till the devs built the next game also there was mods there are very few now epic tried with unreal tornement 3 on ps3 and tried to encourage modding but it was dead. now we gotta cough for stuff in the form of dlc's and there are no tools for user made content. killzone,cod,bf,halo etc could easily have a decent modding scene if it was alowed ot catered for

Console players will play as long as the game is good and provides the content, everyone has their favourite online shooter to play inbetween SP games, console players are no different.

When it comes to the PC, i'll most likely get it. If not, f*ck em.

A itneractive-spinoff from a MMO on the PC as an FPS not coming to PC is just silly.
