How hard can it be to get RPs as an overpowered wizard... root, spec DD, bolt, spec bolt, root, AE root, AE damage, DoT and GTAoE. Imagine hib/mid casters having the same utility...

Roll one and stop whining, then you can see how easy it is to get rp's, you can use all the spells you mentioned and get your group mates loads of rp's at the same time.
