dur question

if an item is on 70% con and 0 % dur will it not give the same effects as if it were on 70% con 100% dur?

Im not sure but im willing to bet money that the old 70% con rule still applies

Well its diffrent depending on spot.

Armor loses af compared to con, so always keep it +95 (atleast imo)

Weapons lose dmg compared to con, id keep them at 99 atleast.
Staffs loses focus when con goes down, normaly keep my pvp staff at 90%. Thou i cant se much diffrence between 70 and 100 when i use my pve and pvp staff.

For jewlery ONLY items giving skill gets affected(effected?) by con. So repair it when it hits 70% if you want to keep the skills it gives. The rest of the stats on jewlery works fine, no matter how low con it is on.
