but i mean: from which state does KFC origin?
euh i dunno?
do you know what kfc stands for?
yeah ofc, Kentucky fried chicken![]()
I am pretty sure that they have edited the fook out of that. Besides i dont think its hows that they are dumb people just not interested in being informed about anything going on in the outside world (in some peoples cases not even outside there own homes!!).
Most of the Americans i have met (meet loads of them out here) are the most amazing people to talk with, a lot of fun and certainly know how to have fun.
Basic schooling.
Any, example, Finnish kid who's completed our mandatory 9 year basic schooling, is the equivalent of a university applicant(or some such). If you had mandatory schooling in the US, with 9 years (from 6-15), you'd probably have "smarter people" in general there too.
I don't know how wide and long the UK education is, but from what i've heard, the Scandic schooling system is so wide and long that it produces a very nice basic knowledgebase and also helps produce "better" brains.
Ofcourse, booksmarts arn't streetsmarts and which is better is obviously opinionated.
Regarding the video, yes, the people seem dumb, but as mentioned before, editing does wonders, picking people you show does more and some people really don't give a f*ck.
And about what things to give a f*ck about, well, i could ask stuff about finland and most UK peeps would know jack'sh*t about it, so does that mean, that it's more or less intelligent then an american not knowing where australia is?
well if you're in war with an other country, you'd expect them atleast to know where the country is?
and yes editing does do magic... nonetheless it's a funny movie;D
Lamp, i live in Leeds, supposedly a dodgy as fuck chav scum wasteland,, its actually not that bad, plus on the whole most people are failry well educated.
i think the average american just sits at home and believes everything that the TV says, they are not stupid, just not very well informed.
True, but war usually should require some mutual bombardment, some possibility of attack on own soil and such'n'such too. USA has never been in war(except against themselves and the whole independence thing, which weren't americans), it's been an invader and that's it.
But to your point, yes, it should be rather good to know WHO is attacking, but not necessarily where it is.
Afterall, it's not the whole nation in the war status(as said earlier about not being in war), so why would all of them care?
Oh yeah, don't get me wrong, it's a funny video as it is, just like to discuss this more.
sweet jesus that is old!![]()

I agree with your post, but I just have to point out that you missed WW2. Pearl Harbour is very much USA soil. I know what you mean though, i'm just feeling pedantic. Sorry!![]()
