From my point of view its a good belt. Highest utility belt with mele speed in game at the moment. But there are so much items with body and spirit and tanks using a belt with mele speed would prefer stat caps like belt of brute or malamis belt. I've tryed to fit this belt in couple of templates and every time ended up with overcapped str and those body/spirit resists. So its a very special item, a person who made a good temp with it would pay alot, but u gotta find that person first
