How important is DW?

Trying to make a template for my infil, but find it hard to get +11 dw in template.

You dual wield skill is more important for the styles you get. Speccing well in DW is relatively important, but lots of +DW from items isn't. It affects your swing rate a little, but doesn't effect your weaponskill, unlike +slash for example.

+11 dw is almost a free DR2 .. given DR is removed in NF id say its well worth getting personally.

Atm if you have dr2 (a worthwhile investment even at low rr) and then get +11dw on template too it saves you 16 RSP which is quite a bit
