Pretty easy to get this template since the scales can be farmed by taking keeps or PvE it
Made it long time ago too :) back then it was quite expensive :p

Not really following why pve templates are different... with items these days you can easy cap range, cast speed, healing, buff bonus 101 dex 101 acu 400 hits and all resists and still manage a good powerpool... i can't see anyone really wanting duration for pve on bots of all things unless they feel the need to root or stun things.

The only classes that have pve specific templates that rvr templates wont work for are block bots due to the 10% pve block etc anything else can just run an rvr template with a power myth, block myth or focal myth.

not bad that tbh puppet :) would be nice if you could work JS into it tho since hibs dont get many weapons with siphon on, nice otherwise tho :p siphon isnt a need on a bot naturally but its nice to have if you have it sat in a keep thats being attacked and want to go on a res/heal frenzy for a laugh.

Wasn't Jacina for pure casters only (the /use and /use2 that is) and not for hybrid and healers?

But yeah, I suppose the syphon is nice but if you are really serious about it you get a powermyth while standing in a FoP which gives you more mana then you can spend :D

well it has the 10% siphon and could fill that 2% range you're missing :) druids can't use the power charge on it but they can use the healing charge on it iirc and its an aoe/grp heal iirc.

but yea they can defo activate it, pretty much all healer/casters can just not all of them get full use of it :) its very popular on mid and alb because dragon weapons there have 10% siphon aswell so they can clock up 20% siphon fairly easy. Hib on the other hand got the short end of the stick :/ none of their dragon healer weapons have siphon on.

aha, we entered new age? not even 100 years passed! :D nice to know pvp templates are actually normally far cheaper than pve templates, weird times we live nowadays :p i tho pve bonuses pieces were easier to obtain/pay but seems things turned up to opossite, again Developers messing about lol

P.S. u could also say the same thing without looking so pretentious, for instance, "Not nowadays, things had changed to opossite m8" instead of the funny "not in this day and age they aren't" , don't take it bad, it is just a suggestion :)
