Ok guys i need a hand with my respec i have been thinking of going:

31-Nurture
42-Regrowth
13-Nature Affinity

I Need some idea's in which way i should go Buffs And Healing or

Personally i think i should Go for the respec of what i chose up at

the top of the page but i think i need a little bit of a push to do it.......

Tell Me What You Guys Think....

Well Bara my grasshopper :p As you know I went

Nuture 35
Regrowth 40
NA 16

TBH since I've respecced I've had nothing but compliments about my buffs and heals. I've taken Freda out into RvR and found that I didnt need the NA but must admit I was too embarrassed to produce a lvl 12 pet :eek6: So from this side of the fence.. WooT buffs & heals ;)

In my opinion, you either have to have nurture at 32 or 36 (32 for best pet and single target insta, or 36 for best pet and aoe insta) or just ignore the line. Insta root and pet are the only reasonable thing it can offer. So, no sense in going for example 20 nature, which gives you no instaroot and a greycon (lvl 30 ish?) pet.

So, the best available templates for druid would be:

(In nurture/regrowth/nature format...)

Nature druid: 19/35/36 or 25/31/36, both of these templates still have very good heals, which makes them somewhat useful in groups, be prepared to hear whining from midgets because their dex ain't capped, though. But it's your char, play it like you wish.

Nurt/Regr druid: 40/35/1 or 35/40/1, first one giving uber buffs, second very effective healing (and 100% hp rez). Both still have their downsides, high nurt reducing the number of buffs you can actually cast (due to conc cost) and high nurt burning out your mana VERY fast. Even with 35 regrowth, full mana bar with capped EMP will go down in 5-6 casts of the biggest single target heal.

The rest is up to you to decide, experimenting (read. gimping) with your char isn't forbidden either, I was specced 20/27/42 before respec, but changed to more ''group friendly'' after testing respec in Gorre =)

Hope this helps druids with respec probs.

Well for me i was heading for..

nurt : 30
rg : 40
nat : 20

^^ with that altho i know a lvl 32 pet isn't much use in RvR it helped me when i farmed cash in DF.

BUT i did respec to get to my rg/nurt target earlier, so at mo I'm on :-

nurt : 30
rg : 40
nat : 10

I am still unsure weather i will go back to 20 nature to help me farm seals/cash in DF or not.

But the grp i'm in are grateful for me heals/instas/buffs

Well, I can't find any use for low nature, except breaking mezzes by a) greycon pet, which can hardly even interrupt b) AOE-rooting 2 ppl for 7 secs.

Don't waste the last points to nature, you won't get a single usable spell.

I stuck my last 9 points in NA to help in xp or quest grping situations. I can pull with my low lvl poison and AoE root that 4th mob u really cant handle just yet.
As for mana burning I havent yet noticed this as like all druids we tend to use the lvl based heals and instas before the big heals come into play (in RvR anyway).

Freda:

Rooting the 4th and/or 3rd mob is far more efficient done by the baseline root, which is 1 minute and 10 seconds at lvl 50. Rooting them for 15 (or 22) secods, which the 9 nature AOE allows won't help you much.

Also, only way to save someone taking massive damage (ie. a caster with a zerk on him) from death with baseline heals is... well... I don't see a way :)

Ok you got me on the root issue :p But I still dont use the bigger heals as the cast time is 3 secs ... If a caster lasts long enough for me to cast it then WooT! but most end up with an insta & a lvl based heal... Havent had any complaints in all my time as a druid from them squishy buggers. Anyway a good insta/major heal draws the aggro to the druid anyday ;) unless they have the RA to crit on them damn DoT's then all you see is a dead caster walking (or sprinting if they have the sense).

Well ive just repeced to Nurture 35+3 and regrowht 34+7 and nature is now a whopping 1+7. I have asked grps what they prefer and the ubber buffs and heals came out on top.

I will let you know how it goes.

No one will miss nature when grouping, taking tanks off the mages with single target root (1 min 10 secs) can be done easily and there is no danger of AOE root breaking nearby mezzes.

i was planning to go 20/34/36.

this gives me uber heals, the 2nd attack speed buff and the aoe root and a good poison.

in my experience of rvr, ive always healed a group fully with the 50% group insta. and if not full, then pretty close to it. its either that or ill use my respec to go 19/35/36 but id rahter lose the insta and gain attack speed. any thoughts?

Jable - My old template was 23/41/21 and having gone 35/41/9 I can honestly say I dont miss NA at all in RvR or grp hunts. As quite a few bards have now got the insta mezz they dont appreciate us druids breaking that for them with our roots  I havent used my poison much but even my low lvl ones hits for 25 per tick so its a handy caster interupter ;)

Anu - Woot! another druid with grp purge :) And damn! ru gonna miss the other RA's you had! Took me a while but Im slowly getting them back ;)
