Hemmm,

Well as a druid you have to know that your main job is healing really. So i would put alot more in regrowth. And why you wanna go so heavy in nurture? A grp will surely like you for your buffs, but i think a grp is more served with your heals.

This is how im specced atm ( im a lvl 43 druid):
Nurture: 20 (will keep at 20)
Regrowth: 30 (i'll take regrowth as far as i can considering i want 32 in nature)
Nature: 25 (will go to 32 with this, cause a like a big pet :)

Couple of things: spec buffs will do 125% of their delve value (you know, the value shown in spell lists and with shift-i), meaning the second best buffs will either hit the +75 cap spec buffs have or come so close to the cap it practically doesn't matter. Add the fact that very high nurture buffs will eat more concentration, leaving you unable to cast full 20 of 'em and most people will tell you 39 is the "absolute" maximum you'd want. Maybe 40 if you really, really want that haste. Of course that's not taking the resist buffs into account...

Then the template I consider the "right" balanced spec for druid nowadays:
25 Nurture
35 Regrowth
32 Nature
You may swap regrowth and nurture around if you really don't want the higher instas. And yes, at times I wish I had better buffs.

Then there's the small point of patch 1.51 with beefed up DoTs and the instaroots plus the beefed up heals... Considering that the general opinion seems to favour:
30 Nurture
26 Regrowth
36 Nature

Considering making a dr00d too. Like that last spec you mentioned there:
30 Nurture
26 Regrowth
36 Nature

Scale user with buffs, pet and AOE root sounds cool to me

It depends what you want to do. If you want to RvR then the spec you gave is great. Our guild has a druid specc'd that way and I rvr'd with him for the 1st time the other day and it was awesome. With his buffs I was casting real fast and for huge damage (someone told me Nolby complained on IRC that my dam should be nerfed hehe). The rp's flowed in. Sure he ran out of conc pretty quick but the bard did the rest of buffs.

Well i am only a lvl 43 Druid so hard for me to say but i do agree with Brennik that:

Nurture-25
Regrowth-35
Nature-32

Is a good spec to be aiming for but i am reconsidering not to have 32 in Nature because u dont really need the big pet when ur a high lvl u only group, It's not very often that u solo cause theres really no point not very much expo and i would prefer to have better heals and alot better ressing ability.....

I'm mainly interested in rvr and want to kinda be a buffbot wich is nice in rvr, and also the kind of xpgroup I'm in makes it a good build up:

39 nurture: gives second best spec buffs escept for haste (wich like Brennik pointed out is enough even for a buffbot, since the best buffs demand so much conc anyway that you can only fullybuff one or 2 with them and you are close to cap alrdy with second best ones)

23 regroth: mainly for groupinstaheal, for most druids a bit low, but in the group I'm in not much healing needed so it's ok (2 wardens with 6 sec bubble:) and still heal for 307 with best heal wich is not bad.

29 nature: get insta ae root at 28 in upcomming patch wich is very impoprtant to have, and a nice duration of normal ae root at 29 (pet I couldn't care less about)
