Oh that hurt my brain for a Monday morning, But rings true in the realms of DRM i have a huge catalogue of Ebooks and Comics on iOS let alone my Itunes and if I ever move away from Apple I will lose all.

If and when I want to hand these down to my Son or Daughter this will not 'legally' be possible as I do not actually own it...

It's unfortunate that in the digital age the fairest way of buying an ebook is to buy the paper version and then pirating a digital version. Unfortunately that's the only way of getting free access to your own property.

Personally I don't really have a problem with not being allowed to resell games, not done that since I was a kid. Out of principle its bollocks though, you own it, you can do what you want with it, barring copying it or stealing from it (Ideas, textures, design etc)
