I hope Barrys got a lot of money for that Dreamcast ad - because it is REALLY annoying me now !

yea its pissing me off big time too... Im tryin to listen to me mp3's and then i open all new BW msg's in new window and EACH ONE has that gay dreamcast ad so i have to go to each screen, right click it and choose stop.

Please BW, bin it or make it static... Im sure this thread will get ppl posting the same as me and lynchet...

Dam rite, U come to bw for a nice quiet read and then all of a sound you're being told how wicked the dreamcast is. I say NOOO!

I was quite impressed with the gimmik the first time, then it came up again... and again.... and again.....

What makes it worse, is that the threads load noticably slower when that thing appears, which is almost as annoying as the ad itself.

Please get rid of it, or send us all Dreamcasts, or, ideally, both.

folks, I'm speaking to the company which provide our adverts first thing tomorrow to get the dreamcast ad removed. You'll notice we managed to can it off the news page, but couldn't catch all the other pages, sorry.

The company are supposed to provide us with an 'insertion order' detailing each advert campaign before they launch it, to check the content etc. I'll be 'having words' as to why we didn't get this either...

Has anyone seen the advert on other sites? can't say I've ever come across multimedia banners like this before, are they guinea pigging it on us or elsewhere too?

Any info I can use to batter them round the head with much appreciated, post it in here or mail me,

- de-install Realplayer - I never used it anyway --- and as I said if it made wodges of dosh for barrys then some good did come

it crashed netscape 4.7 every time but i have got sound and blinking and every thing else turned off. Its so that i dont have to use my net time to download adverts.

Static banners i just about tolerate - it has to be a very good site for me to tolerate anything more.

That WetDream Movie was taking the P*ss.
