yeah somebody on the net told me about those backups a while back when i had a dc and i was foolish enough to believe him and ordered £20 worth of the things (shenmue, crazy taxi 2) and i sent off me money foolishly and in return i got a backup of sega rally 2 and the last disk from shenmue which didnt work. Tried contacting but he had dissapeared off the face of the earth wit me money . Wot a wanker. this person might b alright and u could get lucky though so id say go for it cos the dcs dead now.

The thing to remember when weighing up the piracy issue is that EVERYONE has films they've videoed off of the telly and EVERYONE has recorded music.

Yes but, isn't that allowed? I'm not sure about recording music off the radio but recording films is perfectly legal.

Actually it isn't. Just because something is put on TV doesn't mean you have the right to make a "back-up".

I suppose it's okay if you can't get the game new. I say new because you're not supposed to buy pre-owned games either, or has the law changed as eb sells them?
DC games are so cheap they're giving them away
