Dream Sphere and SoM

SoM cast a defensive proc and Dream Sphere an offensive one. What happens when u activate Dream Sphere offensive proc and SoM defensive proc? Do you get both procs and SoM shape change? or SoM effects cancel Dream sphere ofensive proc?
If anyone of you knows it plz reply, thx.

Cleric's healproc buff thing = defensive aswell, so when it's up and you activate SoM you only get shadechange, not the abla

you get the shapechange you used last, but you get the timer of the one you used first
And if one of them is the panther, you also get the 'drops in combat' effect no matter which form you are in.
