the npc that gave half of 1.87 quests Skipta kinda disappeared from Huginfell ..
and the quests became level 99 in my journal .


anyone know if there is a way to complete em ? or should i remove them ?

Skipta can now be found outside the Jord west gate, in the tented area. This is where I picked up the currently available dragon quests.
