Well my last try, every raid less ppl come.
I pm every guild 1-2 hours before raid and last time only 80 (+lvl40) showed up.

again same day, same hour. If i see there isnt enough interrest It'll be the last time I organise it. I won't pm all those guilds now,
I have enough work and problems 1h before raid starts. plz put a msg in Alliance or something. If i don't see 150 ppl in Cornwall station i'll cancel it.

Come on time now, i'll decide(cancel) faster.

edit: i'm not doing this for me, it's for all those guilds that didnt get a drop in previous raids.
