so the chance of old golestandt being up by 8:30pm are very slim,

Although the servers aren't up at the moment, if the dragon is spawned at 8:20pm then the raid will go ahead. If its not there then it'll be cancelled.

The repop time on the dragon can be quite fast (10 mins after a raid at times). So we'll wait and see.
