Have a major problem :/

been off a few days from work due to my back playing up Oo <--25 and feeling old

anyway went to a family BBQ today, was about to leave at 5pm when I picked up one of my sisters kids to kiss him good by and bye bye back :< At this point in time I now have about 30% use of left arm as when i move it the muscles in my back play up

Will sort out a raid to make up for this in a few days or so.. but need to get myself sorted first
