Last weeks raid was a shambles due to a lot of new people who just didnt listen to the spam the dragon gave off causing us to wipe.
If you dont think you can react n run on the spot this week dont sign up

All raiders MUST have Purge + High Heat Resist, preference likely will be made towards those who came on previous raids as they know what to do more. Can be done without Purge, however I like everyone being able to escape an AOE/PBAOE better.

Doubtfull, but you never know (from what ive seen) paladins are pretty much used as a block/end bot - armsmen are there for the damage.

The group of 24 only works because its an efficient setup, a hybrid, spec point lacking semi dmg dealer doesnt fit into this template at the current time however having said that the template isnt the same as it origionally was (hiya tucka) so who knows.
This is a weekly thing now basically which i want to succeed as often as possible hence the perceived 'preferance' in my picks. It isnt cos i hate X and want sexor with Z irl (cept loch) its cos people who know what they doing and have the right abilities are 1000x better than 100 random people going
