FFA Style Dragon raid, no class or realm rank restrictions apply.

I already have 3fg of balanced melee groups arranged so theres no need to panic about group layouts.

Meeting Malmo Stone 19:30 gmt Departing for Lair at 20:00 gmt.

Loot Rules as Follows:

Before the raid starts, you have the option to roll for either a respec stone or drops. Depending upon your choice will depend which catagory lotto your entered into. There is a one item limit per person.

For those in Item Lotto: As per the norm for my raids you roll for the class character you have brought with you, or you inform me which class you wish to roll for prior to us attacking the dragon.

For Stone Lotto: I'm aware the Realm Respec stones aren't as rare the used to be, so it will be broken down into 2 stages. Firstly the more sought after Skill stones, then the RA stones. If you win a Skill stone you are excluded from rolling in the secondary RA lotto.

The Dragon Remains: will be lottoed seperately on a FFA basis. Anyone regardless of having won a stone or drop may enter.

A +10 mod system will be applied to all subsequent Dangersmurf FFA dragon raids, and posted here for all to see. For those who do not win a stone or drop or the remains, next raid you attend you will recieve a +10 modifier to your roll, to improve your chances of winning. Should you fail to win again your modifier will increase by +10 again and so on untill you get something, then it is returned to zero.

Unwanted minor drops will as normal be salvaged to help fund festival prizes, which have recently been spent on some more toys for the festival. Including such things as shaitan Wind Bracer, Cloudsong Cloak, the final scroll to complete Sacarb Vest Artifact and Scroll set, and a few more things. The Festival Prizes are looking nice and I'd like to thank all those who have contributed and attended raids where salvage has been gained to help bolster the funds. In fact I'd alsi like to thank goa for delaying clustering so I have more time to prepare more prizes for you ;p

Instructions on the raids tactical details will be given on the day. Jobs will be assigned various groups and classes on site.

Hope to see you all there.

bringing a char lower than level 50 is quite an insult to the raid leader, I hope this doesnt happen.

Before this gets silly!

I wouldn't be insulted if someone brought a lvl45 character along, i would query the fact if they had a number of established lvl50 alts. But if someone does have a lower than 50 character and wishes to experience the Dragon then they are more than welcome. My raids do not exclude people cause of class, level, realm rank or master level. everyone can be found a job to do. Level 45 limitations are there cause the nature of the job is very hazzardous and lower level people would find dying repeatedly unpleasant. Level 45 is about the minimum i forsee being effective, and the dragon is the only mob i put such limitations on raids.

The whole point of these raids is to experience things not normally available to the masses. If 200 mids show up and the dragon dies in 4.87 seconds all well and good but people can at least say I was there when we killed the dragon. If 200 mids show up and the dragon burps on us all, and we wipe so what it happens nthing wrong in that I've seen her kill 300 mids in a blink of an eye, including Kemor :D Who had to self ress himself cause none of us could do it for him :p

I'd like to thanks all those attended the raid, truely awesome work. Though numbers were lower than anticipated the quality was surely not lacking. A big thanks go to Ted, Redfield and Meph for sterling gate duties. To Mightykat for some truely awesome tanking, and being so damn cute. To Frisk for single handedly keep our group together and active ;) To Pup for being such an aggro magnet no one else had to worry about getting breathed on. To Lukey for sterling gate work along with Buba, Fastling, Doyal and Gortana. To Applesauce, Layna, Zeuntra, Erion, Mashdur and Skata for top class seer work and keeping your groups going. To Lye and Groul for first rate bubble work, and specially Groul for top notch doggie watch duties. To Urm, Vizor for excellent assisting on pops and adds, to team sb Erovax, Myself and Meph for bringing a little style to the show ;p And finally Thornbeard for being ugly enough to scare it to death so we could kill it!

27 utterly random, middies very well done all!

There will definately be more in the future so watch this space.. as a note there is no class, realm rank or ML restrictions on these raids if you wish to attend please do.
