Well, that was a giant pile of poop.

Once Capaldi turned up I entertained myself more by repeating his lines with the word "fucking" in front of them and trying to shoe horn a tardis into the imagined plot.

I don't think humans will ever have real equality between different groups.

Legislation on equality that was well intentioned has in fact enshrined difference forever in law - true equality is everyone treating each other decently and no longer caring about differences.

Instead we have created dozens of legally aggrieved minorities each demanding their piece of the limelight - we seem to continually discover new minorities - the only hope I have is that it will play itself out to the nth power eventually and every individual will be a minority in their own right - then we can perhaps treat everyone equally
