A Briton Inf with 60 Starting quickness will cap with 74 Quickness in there template.

As an Leather user you have +20% Cold resists coming from your armour anyway, and 16% matter isn't too bad (since most use Spirit/Heat against you)

Not bad template, shame about the Con/HP cap

looks very nice imo, I usualy try and make a infil temp with free main hand, so its possible to use LW/Malice or whatever

the template I have now has 200hits and 101 con cap and I have to say I do love teh Hp. but was trying to make a nice template around the DR weapon and have a heal proc BP(Was looking for a sidi one but but 190plat :E on CM and the guy is ever online to try and make a deal id be willing to pay 40plat tho).. might just end up changeing the one I have now around a little and fit it in
