Dragon raids are easy to actually lead.

Basically all need is to do is tell people to.

Run when glared at.
Run when Pbaoe coming.
Get up FoPs
Kill adds moment they come.
Stay inside melee range (unless you the scout)
Make sure all clerics got a protect.
Only 100% rezz (unless something goes really bad.)

Thats mainly all need to know to lead it. To make it successful is a different thing, and to do so you need people that listen. That means mainly taking people that done it many times before because the last few raids i been on that had load of people that not done it before failed because people werent running etc.
