Had similar problem, turns out motherboard dosn't like all slots populated with unmached ram, is your memory matched pairs IE all bought at the same time as "matched" or "pairs" also my mobo wouldnt run in duel channel with the 4 sticks :<

Having solved that DR still crash's just with a less severe crash than the first one aka it recovers the crash rather than rebooting, DR really does seem to be causing a hell of a lot of problems for ppl :<

im using xp pro but i doubt 2 gig is the max.

as for next post i bout all 4gig together as 2 dual channel kits from http://www.overclockers.co.uk
Using 4gbs could cause the problem if 32bit OS,cos some OS take 1 bit in registers for their purposes. Therefore devide 2^32 by 2 for getting max possible value of memory - you will get 2gbs.Afaik windows xp pro could be optimizated to use 3gbs MAX(but dunno how),if more you will get probs.Recomended max value of ram for windows xp pro is 2gb tho.
